For iPhone and Apple Watch

Life happens between the beats.

inbeat reads your Apple Watch through the night and tells you each morning how ready you are, how hard to train and what to change. No new wearable, no guesswork.

Free during early access. iPhone and Apple Watch. No spam, one email when we launch.

The watch you already wear

No band, no ring, no extra charger.

Six signals every night

HRV, resting heart rate, sleep, breathing, blood oxygen, temperature.

Grounded in sports science

The same ideas coaches use, made simple.

Your data, your call

Apple Health permissions, one data type at a time.

For every athlete

Whatever moves you.

Runners, riders, swimmers and lifters, and anyone who wants to know how their body is doing today. If your Apple Watch sees it, inbeat makes sense of it.

Readiness

One number every morning. And why.

Wake up to one score that tells you how ready you are, and one sentence that tells you what to do with it.

  • Built from your own night, compared with what is normal for you
  • Tap Why to see what lifted your score and what held it back
  • Early warnings when something is off, often before you feel it

Heart rate variability

Your nervous system, read every night.

HRV is one of the clearest signs of how well you are recovering. inbeat reads it while you sleep and shows it against your own normal range.

  • A normal range that is yours, not a population chart
  • Thirty nights at a glance: adapting or piling up fatigue
  • Touch the chart for every reading and when it was taken
More about HRV

Sleep

Sleep, and how much you need tonight.

Every stage of your night, a score you can understand, and how much sleep you need tonight after the day you have had.

  • Sleep need that moves with your training, short nights and naps
  • A score that shows whether length, depth or restlessness made the difference
  • Heart rate, HRV, breathing, blood oxygen and temperature through the night

Training load

Know when to push, and when to hold back.

See how much training you are carrying and whether your week is building you up or wearing you down.

  • One number for your week, against a range made for you
  • Productive, High, Overreaching or Fatigued, in plain words
  • Works for any sport with heart rate, no power meter needed

Stress & energy

Your day, from the same heartbeats.

See when you were calm and when you were under pressure, with workouts left out, and where your energy went.

  • Every reading, not hourly blocks
  • Runs, rides and walks set apart and never counted as stress
  • Energy refilled by sleep and rest, spent by training and stress

Strength · Apple Watch

The gym, on your wrist.

Log sets, reps and weight from your Apple Watch, rest with a timer and keep every lift’s history. Heart rate records from the first second.

  • Build a session once and reuse it
  • Muscle map for every session
  • Saved to Apple Health like any workout
More about strength

Structured workouts

From the plan to your wrist, and back.

Intervals for a run, sets for a swim: the session your coach planned runs on your Apple Watch, and the result comes back matched to it.

Also for rides, walks, hikes, rowing and more. Runs, rides and walks go twice, outdoor and indoor. Swim workouts need a watch whose Workout app supports custom pool swims.

Body age

How old your body acts.

Your birthday says one age, your fitness and habits say another. See your body age and the easiest year to win back.

  • Every habit shown in years it adds or takes off
  • Month by month, because the trend matters more than one reading
  • Weight, BMI, body fat and lean mass from your smart scale
More about body age

Journal

Find what moves your numbers.

A 30-second check-in and a few taps. After a few nights, inbeat shows what each habit does to your next morning.

  • Alcohol, late meals, screens, morning light or your own habits
  • Next-morning readiness and HRV, with against without
  • Steps, stress and morning light filled in from Apple Health

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What is inbeat?

An iPhone and Apple Watch app that reads what your watch records, day and night, and turns it into a readiness score every morning, sleep need, stress and energy through the day, training load for the week and body age for the long run, with every number explained.

Do I need a WHOOP, an Oura ring or another wearable?

No. inbeat works with the Apple Watch you already wear and the data it saves to Apple Health.

Can inbeat send workouts to my Apple Watch?

Yes. A planned session goes to Apple’s Workout app with one tap, with its warm-up, repeats, targets and cool-down, for running, cycling, swimming and more. Afterwards inbeat matches the recorded workout to the plan.

Is inbeat free?

Yes, inbeat is free during early access. Join the waitlist and we will email you when it is in the App Store.

Is there an Android version?

Not yet. inbeat starts on iPhone and Apple Watch.

How accurate are the numbers?

As accurate as the Apple Watch readings behind them, and built on the same ideas sports scientists and coaches use. Single readings can be noisy, so inbeat puts every number next to your own normal and shows the trend.

What happens to my health data?

inbeat reads Apple Health only with your permission, one data type at a time, and uses it to work out your numbers. You can switch any type off in Settings at any time, and you can delete your account whenever you like.

I am a coach. Can I use inbeat with my athletes?

Yes. inbeat Coach on the web shows every athlete’s readiness and sleep before the session, and the workouts you plan open on their Apple Watch.

Is inbeat a medical device?

No. inbeat helps you train and recover. It does not diagnose or treat anything; see a doctor about symptoms.
